You will learn how to apply a variety of flexible (and proven) reading and study strategies using your own preferred learning style. Keep in mind, this is not a gimmick course, these techniques do require practice. Fortunately, we make certain you have plenty of time in class to get the hands-on experience to become proficient with these learning methods.

To ensure you benefit immediately, we will show you how to apply our strategies in your current textbooks and homework assignments during the seminar sessions. That’s right, you will actually be getting homework done during this seminar. More importantly, you will be learning how to do it with less stress and more confidence.

If you diligently apply our techniques (in class), you should definitely see an improvement in your personal reading rate and comprehension by the end of the seminar.

Reading Scores From Past Students

Always be wary of any educational service that guarantees a "sure thing." We will show you how to learn more efficiently and effectively; the result - as always - will be up to you. Of course, you will have the opportunity to apply our learning strategies on your current homework assignments (and many past students have seen a significant improvement in their grades within just a few weeks).

All seminar sessions will take place at your school, and can be scheduled to coincide with your normal course times. Class size for each session will be limited to 10, but several sessions will be offered throughout the day and evening to accommodate your individual schedule.

Typically, the 10-hour seminar will run for two weeks with one-hour (or 50-minute) sessions meeting every day (Monday through Friday); the 15-hour seminar will run for three weeks, and the 20-hour seminar will run for four weeks.

Variations of this schedule are possible based on student interest.

What is the difference between the (10, 15 & 20-hour) seminar formats?

The shorter format (10 hours) will include the majority of our reading and study skills strategies but the practice time will be limited. The longer formats (15 and 20 hours) will include every element of our program plus allow for extensive practice of the techniques during each class (on your own homework, of course).

We recognize that you have a full schedule while in school, so we have structured this seminar to meet your particular needs. For an example, visit our page called "Frequently Asked Questions by Students".

You should bring only your current homework assignments since you will be applying the reading and study strategies directly to these assignments.

At the start of the seminar you will receive a TL Student Workbook which contains:

All reading and study skills strategies
●  Step-by-step guidelines for implementing the strategies
●  Templates for note-taking and research projects
●  Templates for time management & organization
●  Color-coded dividers for easy reference
